What is P.A.C.T

Pledge Against the Consumption of Tobacco

Pledge Against the Consumption of Tobacco (PACT) is a campaign supported by civil society activists and health experts to push for tobacco control policies in Pakistan. Tobacco is one of the leading causes of preventable deaths in the world. In Pakistan it causes 175,000 deaths annually. Tobacco control policies receive strong opposition from lobby groups of Tobacco Industry, hence this platform also aims to expose any such tactics.
